  • To encourage and support system generosity for the betterment of all Norfolk schools
  • To act as Norfolk’s voice in the wider education landscape
  • To work with and be a conduit of information to and from local and national organisations including the DfE, local MPs and the LA, furthering Norfolk causes on a national stage
  • Facilitate and support effective induction for Headteachers

Highlights of our membership include:

  • 3 termly Leadership Update briefings – non-members can attend for £35

A key aspect of our role is to listen to your concerns, queries and difficulties, raising them with key people at key meetings to ensure they are addressed, improved and if possible resolved, feeding back to you on our actions and outcomes. Much of this is achieved through representation undertaken on your behalf by our committee members on boards including Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership Board, Norfolk SEND transformation work and meetings with individuals such as MPs, the RSC and Ofsted.
